Grape Kids Birthday Party FAQs
Thank you for choosing Painted Grape for your child’s special celebration! Below are answers to frequently asked questions to help you prepare for your party. If your question isn’t covered here, feel free to reach out to us at info@paintedgrapenc.com. We’re excited to celebrate with you!

1. Can I bring food and drinks to the party?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring outside food and non-alcoholic drinks to your party. If you plan to bring something beyond light snacks, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. The final 20-40 minutes of the party are typically reserved for serving food and cake/cupcakes.
Please note: We do not provide serving utensils like cake cutting knives, so be sure to bring any you may need.
2. Do I need to bring paper goods and tablecloths?
We’ve got you covered! We provide paper plates, napkins, plastic forks, spoons & knives, cups and bottled water all at no extra charge. However, you’re welcome to bring your own if you’d prefer. Craft tables will be covered with craft paper and the party table will have a purple cloth covering it, but feel free to bring your own for the party table if you’d like.
3. Can I decorate the studio?
Yes, within reason you’re welcome to decorate the studio with banners, balloons, and other festive items!
Important Note: Please plan to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled party to set up your decorations.
4. What will my balance be, and when is it due?
The balance for your party is due at the conclusion of the event in the studio.
When booking online, you pay a deposit that goes towards the balance due (plus taxes and fees) and any additional costs for Add Ons such as Face Painting and Glitter Tattoos. The remaining balance depends on your chosen package and the number of participants. Please refer to your confirmation email for detailed pricing information.
